FAQ
ORDERS & SHIPPING
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS READY TO SHIP, OR MADE TO ORDER?
Most of our 3D printed items are made to order. This helps us keep waste to a minimum while offering a wide variety of styles and colours.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Because most items are made to order, processing can take up to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location. You'll receive a tracking number / link as soon as your order dispatches.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently only ship within Australia.
PRODUCTS & SAFETY
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Due to the material waste, time investment, and the high fail rate of one-off 3D prints, we generally don't take on custom orders.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE FOR ALL INVERTS?
Everything we design is made specifically with spiders and other small inverts in mind. We use materials that are durable, easy to clean, and completely safe for your pets to climb on, hide under, and explore.
